Construct and install fences and decks to meet high-quality standards and client specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints or project designs to ensure accurate builds.
Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently during construction projects.
Inspect completed projects to ensure durability, stability, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in fence or deck construction (preferred but not required).
Strong understanding of tools, materials, and techniques related to outdoor construction.
Excellent physical fitness to handle outdoor labor and heavy lifting.
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
