I am totally satisfied with the 3 new fences we had installed by Star Fencing in June 2020. We researched and received quotes from multiple fencing companies in KW. At the end of the day Star Fencing won us over with a competitive quote and really great customer service. We needed a bit of a unique design solution to fit a unique space in our yard. Before we received a final quote, Fardin (who I believe is the sales and customer contact rep) actually returned to my house a second time with the boss to explain our needs and to get his expert opinion. His ideas ended up being the most economical of any other company’s and the end product looks great! We had 2 iron fences plus gates and 1 wooden deck fence plus gate installed. I guess they have different crews for each but I can say that both crews were a pleasure to deal with. Quality work all around, couldn’t be happier!

We had star fencing install a metal fence around our pool last year. I am very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. As in all projects, there are always little things that come up. Unfortunately the wrong size of fence was started on the install day. Once I brought it up, the crew quickly removed and picked up the parts for the correct fence. When one of my tools was missing at the end of the job (a simple mistake as I had some of my tools out as well), Star bought me a replacement. Issues will always come up during a project and these guys handled them well. I would definitely use them again. Great job and thank you! Derek and Julia

Highly recommend Star Fencing! We were very hesitant in fencing our country property for our dogs. It took us 6 months to decide (from quote to install) In that time they were so patient with us, and all our questions. They always got back to us very quickly if not right away. I was upset when An appointment was scheduled for a quote and they never showed up or called or returned our call.However after I sent a not so nice review the salesperson responded very apologetic and took full responsibility for the mix up.Thats andHe came right on time for the rescheduled appointment.He was very pleasant and examined everything.I had asked for a written quote which has not yet come but hopefully it's on it's way.I am very pleased the way he handled this mishap.

I highly recommend Star Fencing. We had two previous contractors who said they would do our's and our neighbour's fences. Both companies would not return calls or give us a start date. Fardin was amazing. He answered our calls and emails that day or the next. Both he and his workers were very professional. We had 5 neighbours involved with the fences and he accommodated all of their requests. The fence was started just one day after the original start date which was really good considering the weather we have had. The fence looks fantastic, all the neighbours are very pleased. The workers doing the fence were pleasant and hard working. I wish we had called them first! Thank you Fardin and Star fencing!
